▸Should slugs contain Chinese or accented characters?
Modern URLs support them after percent-encoding, but ASCII slugs are shorter, copy-paste safer and display consistently everywhere — transliteration is the safer default.
▸How long should a slug be?
Keep the meaningful words and drop filler: 3-6 words is a good target. Long slugs get truncated in search results and lose the benefit anyway.
